💥Do each move for 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest between moves:

1. Elevated Dynamic Side Plank- Left
2. Elevated Dynamic Side Plank- Right
3. Glute Bridge March to Row
4. Dip to Knee Tuck
5. Icky Shuffle
6. Spider Pushups
7. Lateral 3-Step and Hold

📝That's 1 round. Do 1 round as a finisher. Do 2-4 rounds as a full workout with a minute rest between rounds.
